This particular episode of ‘What I ordered versus what I got’, has left social media users buzzing with amusement.

According to a Twitter user, Uforo Essien, her cousin ordered for smoked whole chicken from an online vendor and was billed N5,800. However, what she received stood in high contrast to the plump and well-prepared chicken advertised on their Instagram page.

In the photo shared, she received a burnt and rather lean whole chicken.

Uforo Essien shared the post and wrote: “Instagram vendors can kill My cousin saw beautiful smoked chicken online and went to order. Ladies and gentlemen, what she ordered versus what she received”

Much to the surprise of many people including the customer, the vendor remained unapologetic about it as they maintained that the customer ordered chicken and thus, received chicken. They further blamed the difference on filter and picture quality.
